There is no form of unconsciousness and you cannot be made to do anything that you do not want to do. The Quit Smoking Programme does not necessitate a consultation since it can be dealt with effectively in one 2-hour session. Before your Quit Smoking Programme session, you will receive a detailed questionnaire and a special CD with one motivational track and one self hypnosis track to really get you ready for the big day. The cost of this award winning programme is just £150.
Free Consultation
A free consultation is required for everything (except the Quit Smoking Programme) which lasts up to an hour, during which Duncan will establish with you:
• What changes you want to make
• If hypnotherapy can help you
• Why you feel and behave the way you do
• The number of sessions needed to create lasting change
The cost of a session is £55 although Duncan like most hypnotherapists doesn’t turn anyone away for financial reasons.
