Reflexology
Reflexology is an ancient form of healing which treats the whole body through the feet (or hands). The internal body structures and organs are mirrored on the feet, with every part of the body having a corresponding reflex point on each foot (or hand). By using specific pressure techniques on the feet (or hands) the whole body can be treated.
A detailed medical history will be taken at the initial consultation. Reflexology is not painful and promotes a feeling of relaxation and harmony.
